More than 20 years of experience in cutting, machining, punching, folding and bending sheet metal. We work with the customer’s own design or help give shape to their needs. We have advanced CAD-CAM systems and an extremely qualified team with experience in the sector.

Teklan’s technological commitment allows us to launch designs directly from production to the machine, which allows us to offer maximum guarantees in our service, with quality and precise results.

The state-of-the-art machinery and 12,000 m2 facilities give us the possibility of attending to the production of large series, with tight delivery schedules.

Our Services

Laser cutting

We work with: Carbon Steel from 0.5 to 20mm, Stainless Steel from 0.5 to 20mm, Aluminum from 0.5 to 15mm and we also cut brass and copper.

Folding machine

Our machines have a folding force from 50 Tn, up to 400Tn. We also have a robotic folding machine, for serial parts. We can fold pieces up to 4 meters in length.

Punching

We have an automated punching machine with loading and unloading, which has a shear with a single head of 46 stations saving time in cycles, since there are no tool changes. The more complex the part and the more tools you have to change, the more you save.

Panel bending

Specialists in panel bending, we have three panel benders. We panel pieces with a maximum length of 3100mm and maximum height of 256mm. Our machines have systems that interpret materials and use the most sophisticated measuring systems. We make complex parts at high speeds.
