Celulosa Gallur, since 1960 we are an international leader in the market of layer pads.

At CELULOSA GALLUR we combine craftsmanship and innovation, which allows us to cater to both small and large productions. Our cardboard applications are very diverse: layer pads or separators, cardboard for tubes, cardboard for corners, white cardboard for 4- or 6-point boxes, pastry trays, laminates… and for this reason we vary the surface according to its application.

We always have products in stock for a fast response and delivery service, although we also manufacture our cardboard according to demand: product reference, measurements…

Our Products

Cardboard coils

We produce 100% recycled multi-layer cardboard, for the manufacture of tubes, cones for the textile industry, cylindrical containers and corner fittings. This cardboard is designed for industrial production processes thanks to the characteristics for use in coil winding machines.

Layer Pads – Separators

Los separadores de fibra sólida o layer pads sustituyen a los tradicionales separadores de cartón, empleados en las plantas productoras de latas, Solid fiber separators, or layer pads, replace the traditional cardboard separators, used in the production plants producing cans, glass and plastic bottles. They are reusable and more efficient. They are custom designed, with the option of cuts in the corners and die-cutting, so as not to break the protective plastic film.

White cardboard

We produce single-sided white cardboard in weights ranging from 250gr/m2 to 750gr/m2 and two-sided white cardboard in weights from 400gr/m2 to 750gr/m2, both multilayer and 100% recycled. It is characterized by its smoothness and is particularly suitable for die-cutting and creasing.

Colored cardboard

We produce 100% recycled multi-layer cardboard in different colors. These cardboards are mainly intended for the manufacture of folders, cardboard accordions, hanging folders, lined folders and other handled products in the stationery and office supplies industry.
